Meeting opened with a word of prayer from Miss Muthengi P.M.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read by Mr.Mukora P.M.
1. Matters arising from the previous meeting.
It was reported that a perimeter fence was being put arround the school compound by the contractor –MR.KIMANZI, The posts had been cut and holes dug. The project was expected to end by the end of septemper, 2010
2. Exposure
It was reported that the propsals for exposure four were written but the feedback had not come / not founded.
ACTION- SK to follow up the issue
3 Tuition.
The proposal for additional tuition fund (After school Saturday and holidays) were writer but there was not any response
ACTION- Gill Marshall to follow up the issue.
4. Classroom Renovation
It was reported that the proposal for classroom renovetion were written and forwarded.
The renovation exercise to start by December 2010 if funded.
5. Recruitment of Tas Teacher by TSC.
It was reported that MR. JOSEPH M. MUTHUI was recruited by the TSE and posted to KYENINI PRY. SCH. There was therefore a dire need for recruitment of another TAS teacher.
ACTION- The H/teacher to conduct recruitment exercise on or before 14th September 2010
6. Water.
The school needed abore hole for provision of water
ACTION- SK to approach Mrs. Pauline Musyoka and Madam Hellen Ndeti to facilitate the issue.
New proposals to be written
1. Additional teacher
2. Construction of Bandas
3. Library
ACTIONS-who is to do what?
GM to follow up and co-odinate the payment of the newly employed TAS teacher.
HADTEACHER- to conduct the recruitment of new TAS teacher.
P.M. MUKORA- to facilitate the achievement of 5% pass by the pupil in academic performance.
MISS MUTHEGI- C/Lady- to facilitate fair tranzition especially in girl child
JACOB MUNYOKI- sensitises community on education matters.
