Kulissa
The headteacher was absent.

School update:The new girls dormitory is complete. The screen, latrines and washrooms are being built.
However the water situation in the school is desperate.  Pipes laid from the newly refurbished windpump to the school have broken and water can only be brought from the river 2 km away.  It was agreed that TAS would fund guttering on the girls dormitory if the school undertook to move one of the spare 10k litre tanks to the site and connect it in time for the imminent rains.Kulissa signed a note to say he would undertake this work.
There was a discussion about the maintenance of the staff houses which are not in good condition.  The teachers stopped paying into the maintenance fund when they went on strike and it is not known how much is in the account.
