INTRODUCTION
The
meeting was started by a word of prayer from Margaret Munanie.
Opening
remarks. Since Kaseluni primary school is a new school, it has many problems
and needs that has forced the local trustees to meet and plan for the school
accordingly. Chairman requested members to be free to contribute during the
meeting since this was a very important meeting.

Members
acknowledged completion of the VIP toilets and commended good work of the
contractor. They agreed the toilets should be kept clean all the time and
teacher on duty should check this. Children should be trained on how to keep
the toilets clean.
Members
also noted due to bank problem the contractor has not been cleared his payment
though he has completed the work.

After
long discussion members came up with a list of projects to be undertaken in the
school. They further divided the school projects into big (major) and the small
(minor) projects to ease the implementation of the projects within the school.
The projects are in priority form.

will welcome any advice or addition or any alteration from our key stakeholders if need be. During
the supervision and inspection of projects and advisory comments from our
partner TAS/KWS stakeholder will be
helpful to us all.
