School update:

The school still operates on the site of Asako Primary School.  The HT’s office is in one of the staff houses, one class occupies the old ECD classroom and another operates in a primary school classroom.

There are plans for CDF to build 2 classrooms and for the Ministry to build another two.  The new site is apart from the Primary School compound but nearby.

The girls dormitory is shared by primary and secondary students.

The Education Day funded by TAS has yielded 3 extra students so far;  more are expected.

There are 18 candidates for KCSE.  It is unclear where these have come from but they will have to go to Madogo to sit their exams.

A new proposal for a kitchen / store will be prepared when the school moves to the new site.

Next meeting will be in January 2018.
