Note of a meeting at Kora Secondary School on 28 January 2019Present:Mwaina Victor Muli, Principal, Ismail Fodho Solola, Chair of BOM, Stephen Kameti TAS/KWS co-ordinator, Gill Marshall-Andrews TAS Secretary.School update:The Education Day was a huge suggests and has resulted in significant enrollment.Form 1 - 25, Form 2- 31, Form 3- 9, Form 4- 19.There are 4 TSC teachers and 4 BOM teachers. They are missing teachers for Swahili, Agriculture and Religious Studies.The school has moved out of the Asako Primary School compound into 2 new classrooms paid for by Min of Education. Parents have constructed 2 shacks and 2 latrines. CDF is due to construct 2 more classrooms.desks The Ministry has also given 6 m KES for a science lab.There is an urgent need for a kitchen and some desks. Also in due course a fence, dormitories, an administration area, staff accommodation etc.There is water piped to the school from the village supply.
