The meeting started at 2.30 pm with a prayer from Mr George Karamagi who called for God’s guidance during the meeting.
Min. BTB/1/08 Communication from the Chairman
The chairman welcomed the members present. He briefed members on the background of the Trust and the purpose of the meeting that it was to organise for the inauguration of the Board of Trustees, which will take place on 18th February 2008.
The Chairman further thanked Hon. Mwesige Adolf, area Member of Parliament for assisting the school to draw the Trust Deed.
Members were informed that money was needed to open a bank account and therefore members were asked to contribute towards the cause.

Members present agreed to form an interim Trust Board Executive and the following were elected.
1. Mr Elijah R. Kaahwa - Chairman
2. Mr Patrick Akora - Secretary
3. Ms Kate Kabagenyi - Treasurer
Members further agreed that each Trustee should contribute Shs. 10,000 (Ten thousand only) to be used in opening up a bank account, which suggestion was unanimously agreed by all members.
Members further proposed and agreed to meet again on Monday 11th February 2008 at 2.00 pm at the school to organise for the inaugural meeting due on 18th February 2008.
Copies of the deed were distributed for study and comments at the next meeting.
The chairman closed the meeting at 4.15 pm.
