| Jarajara Primary School cut off!

Just a few hours after the inaugural meeting of the new Jarajara Primary School Trust the area was hit by torrential rain and the roads to the school became impassable. The Tana River flooded and it would have been impossible to reach the school by car or boat. So luck was on our side! The school trust was inaugurated, and with the new treasurer, David Kombe, the bank account has been opened. So the first funding proposals are expected in the next few weeks. |
