| New staff room and desks for 34 teachers at Loldia.

Loldia Primary School's 34 teachers have suffered poor accommodation for many years. Cramped into a dark overcrowded room they have struggled to prepare lessons and mark books.Now, with TAS support a brand new light airy staff room has been built and state of the art desks for every teacher are being installed. Access to power for computers is part of the design and skylights in the roof make this a building genuinely fit for purpose. Work should be finished by the end of the month and teachers will be able to move in at the start of next term. The 2000 children enrolled at this school should then feel the benefit of better conditions for their teachers. |
