| 2000 children at Loldia Primary School have running water!!

After years of water problems at this huge primary school by Lake Naivasha the local flower farmer, Shalimar, in partnership with TAS has replaced some small 1 inch pipeline with larger 2 inch pipes from the lake to the school and transformed the water supply to 2000 children. There is now water for latrines (which have also been renovated by TAS), for drinking and washing - and amazingly for watering tree seedlings and playing fields.This is a huge game changer for the school. Everyone is hoping nothing goes wrong! |
