| Asako may pilot new style wind generator

A new type of locally produced wind generator may be ready to be piloted in Asako in about 12 months time. The generator is being developed by Mike Harries whose company manufactures wind pumps, one of which is due to be installed in Asako soon.The pump when installed will provide water for irrigation but it is expected that a pipe may be laid to the school to provide water for washing, building, cooking etc. |
