The new teachers' accommodation in Asako is now 85% ready - and very good it looks!
Each of the 4 houses has 2 bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, toilet and shower. Electricity is provided by solar panels and water is on tap from the Kenya Wildlife Service KWS borehole.
We hope this very attractive accommodation will help recruit good quality teachers who will want to stay in Asako and help to make it a better school.
The school compound is now fenced and a caretaker / cook is there to cook for the students and look after the buildings.
The houses are to be handed over to the community at the November Trust meeting.
