Latest Kenya exam results
09/03/2011

Eburru Secondary School has improved its exam results yet again! The mean average for the last 5 years has been 2.5, 3.1, 2.8, 4.3, and in 2010 it reached 4.8.  Not only that but the school produced its first student to achieve an A - and 3 students have qualified for university - the first in the school's history.

In Usueni Girls School the mean average figures for the last 3 years have been 2.7, 3.2 and 3.9.  So a real improvement there.

In Madogo the results were static but the number of students sitting the exam  increased from 84 to 133.  This figure included 40 girls which was a great improvement on previous years.

In Mivukoni Secondary School the mean average increased from 3.9 to 4.1, so a slight improvement there.

These results indicate a general trend of improvement and increased numbers sitting the leavers' exams - the KCSE.  We are particularly pleased to see more girls completing their secondary education.  We know that little can be achieved in the short term but we are delighted to see these outcomes and hope that our continued support will yield real benefit for students.
